Susanne Hedberg - Yoga Teacher, Healer and much more

Susanne Hedberg lives in Aalborg - has for about twenty years worked with yoga, healing, body balancing and mindfulness. Susanne is a trained yoga teacher at ART- Yoga in Svendborg and has subsequently expanded her skills through a long yoga stay in India, where yoga originated and has spread to most of the world.

Susanne has always been interested in the spiritual with an eye for personal development and has thus acquired a range of skills

Today, yoga is combined with healing and as a participant you quickly get a feeling of how the nervous system calms down. The reason why Susanne uses healing in yoga is that as a participant you will get deeper into your body faster, you will be able to let go of imbalances both physically and mentally more easily and become more aware and present in your everyday life, and feel harmony.

Charlotte Markus - Shiatsu Therapist, Ski Instructor and International Mountain Leader

Charlotte lives with her husband and two grown-up stepsons in Briançon in the southern French Alps, skiing in winter and trekking in the Alps in summer.

She has 25 years of experience in organising adventure holidays, trekking stays, randonnée tours, team building, ski teaching, ski safaris etc. and qualified as a shiatsu therapist in 2009 after 4 years of study at the Ecole Esprit du Tao.

Being curious and listening to and following one's intuition is one of the cornerstones of Charlotte's philosophy of life. Along with trust and respect. To and towards others, but even more to oneself and to existence. We must believe in the good, treat others and nature with respect and work every day to bring more of the good into society and our own lives.

The idea of the walking yoga retreat is to mix different of the best ingredients for well-being into a cocktail that participants can mix in their own way to get new angles and hopefully a lot of new joy into their lives right now.

" I'm really looking forward to a wonderful week, sharing experiences with those of you who come and sharing the beautiful mountains around here with all of you who I know will love them as much as I do. Hopefully we'll see you soon".

We very much hope that the trip can be completed. Should Covid rules stand in our way, the full amount will be refunded.a
